An Evening with Echlinville Distillery

On Friday 24th January, The Cocktail Bar at The Merchant is delighted to host an evening with Jarleth Watson, one of the creators of Echlinville Distillery. Throughout the evening, guests will taste their way through 8 different drinks and enjoy a selection of Merchant canapes.

• Echlinville Pot Still in Port Cask (Upcoming Old Comber release)
• Ban Poitin Belfast Coffee
• Three single malts from Dunvilles range. Covering three different sherry finishes; PX, Palo Cortado & Oloroso. Ranging from core to single cask release, between 12 and 23 year old liquids.
